# Tapirx

> Show your Nexudus bookings on Tapirx room display panels outside your meeting rooms, and let customers book by scanning the panel's QR code.

## Overview

**Tapirx** makes room display panels that sit outside your meeting rooms. Connected to Nexudus as an [add-on](/integrations/add-ons), each panel shows the bookings for its room. Customers can book the room by scanning the QR code on the panel.

Tapirx is supported by Tapirx — contact them for help with their panels and account.

## Before you start

You need a Tapirx account and at least one Tapirx panel. In your Tapirx account, create a resource for each Nexudus resource that has a panel — Tapirx's installation guide explains how.

## Setting up Tapirx

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect the add-on">
    Go to **Settings → Add-ons** and select **Tapirx**. Under **Locations and data**, turn on **Enabled** for each location with panels, and let it see your **Resources**. Select **Save changes**, and sign in to Tapirx if asked.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Link your resources">
    Sign in to Tapirx and open **Resources** under **Client Admin**. For each resource, select **Menu → Nexudus Resource → Select Resource**, choose the matching Nexudus resource, and select **Connect**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Bookings for each connected resource now appear on its Tapirx panel.

## How customers book from a panel

Customers scan the QR code in the bottom-left corner of the panel with their phone's camera. It opens the booking calendar in your members portal, where they book as usual. The booking is saved in Nexudus and shown on the panel.
