# Scheduling and calendars

> Sync bookings with Google Calendar or Outlook, let customers book from Microsoft Teams, schedule tours with Calendly, and share visitors with Envoy.

## Overview

Scheduling integrations connect Nexudus bookings, tours and visitors to the tools your team and customers already use.

| Integration | What it does |
| - | - |
| [**Google Calendar**](/integrations/scheduling/google-calendar) | Two-way sync between your resources and Google calendars, so staff can book from Google Calendar. |
| [**Office 365**](/integrations/scheduling/office-365) | Two-way sync between your resources and Outlook calendars. |
| [**Microsoft Teams**](/integrations/scheduling/microsoft-teams) | Lets customers book rooms and desks inside Microsoft Teams. |
| [**Calendly**](/integrations/scheduling/calendly) | Uses a Calendly event for tour bookings on your members portal. |
| [**Envoy**](/integrations/scheduling/envoy) | Sends your customers to Envoy so they can receive and pre-register visitors. |

All are free in Nexudus. Customers can also connect their own Google or Outlook calendar to see and make bookings — see [Integrations on the members portal](/member-portal/profile/integrations).

<Note>
  Bookings synced from a calendar must start and end on a quarter hour (:00, :15, :30, :45). Bookings that have been charged, invoiced or paid can't be changed or deleted from the calendar, but you can still add guests.
