# My Account

> Configure which account management features are available to your customers in the My Account section of the portal.

## Overview

The My account settings control what customers can do from their account area in the Members Portal. This includes managing plans, bookings, help requests, and invoices.

Navigate to [**Settings → Modules → My account**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/2/2/9) in the Nexudus dashboard to configure these settings.

## Settings

| Setting                                               | Description                                                                                             |
| ----------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Users can change or cancel their plan**             | Allows customers to switch to a different membership plan or cancel their current one from the portal.  |
| **Users can request new bookings**                    | Allows customers to create new resource bookings.                                                       |
| **Users can change existing bookings**                | Allows customers to modify bookings they have already made.                                             |
| **Users can request help using the help-desk module** | Allows customers to submit support tickets through the [help desk](/member-portal/dashboard/help-desk). |
| **Users can view / pay their invoices**               | Allows customers to see their [invoices](/member-portal/dashboard/my-invoices) and make payments.       |
| **Users can print their invoices**                    | Allows customers to download or print a copy of their invoices.                                         |
