If the side menu is not visible, click .
In the side menu, click Operations.
Under the Access & Check-in section, click Who is in?
You can control whether members and contacts can use the member's portal to view a list of who's currently checked in. In Settings>Website>Homepage, and set Show a list of currently checked in users to YES or NO.
If you have enabled this option, members and contacts can use the following procedure to view who's checked in.
In the top menu, click My Account.
In the side menu, click Visitors.
They can review the details of already registered visitors and register new visitors by completing all the required information in Register a visitor.
In the top menu, click COMMUNITY.
Click Members. Members who are checked in have a green dot next to their name.
