In this section, we'll explain how to add a new account in Nexudus and the first steps you need to take to set it up. Remember that we can help you with your basic account settings at no extra cost if you send us information about your space (plans, rooms, products, prices, etc.).
To access the dashboard you must go to the URL https://platform.nexudus.com. If for any reason you can't remember or you've lost your password, you can easily recover it by clicking the Lost password? link. You must enter the email address that you signed up with and you'll receive an email with the instructions to reset it.
If you'd like to edit the name of your account, go to Settings > General Settings and edit the space name field in the Name & Logo section. To complete the process, click the Save button at the top right of the screen.
When you have added an image as your space logo, you can replace it with another one, but you can't delete it. If you would like to delete it, you can email us at Iwanttodeletemylogo@nexudus.com
