# Integrations

> Connect supported payment, access control, communication, accounting, Wi-Fi, and operational services to Nexudus.

## Overview

Use **Integrations** to connect Nexudus with services you already use to run your location. Available integrations vary by your Nexudus subscription, enabled modules, region, and the services configured for the selected location.

Go to **Settings → Integrations**. You need administrator access or the permission required by the integration.

## Connection status

An integration can show as connected, disconnected, or requiring attention. Some integrations also provide a **Synchronise** action. Use this after initial setup or when the provider requires a manual refresh.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting an integration can stop payment collection, access updates, synchronisation, or customer communications. Check the effect on active customers and operational workflows before disconnecting it.
</Warning>

## Best practices

* Use a dedicated service account where the provider supports one.
* Keep API credentials and OAuth access current, and update them only in the integration's configuration.
* Test with a non-critical transaction, reservation, or user before relying on a new connection.
* Review each integration after changing payment providers, access hardware, a custom domain, or your location network.
