# Marketplaces API
> The Nexudus Marketplaces API lets you obtain inventory information from hundreds of Nexudus customers.
## Who is it for?
The Nexudus Marketplaces API is designed to be used by providers aggregating inventory data (meeting rooms, products, memberships ...) across different operators to provide consumers a streamlined way to view availability and even purchase those services.
By registering your application or service as a Marketplace application, Nexudus customers will be able to view your service in their dashboard and choose to share their inventory with you.
## How does it work?
When you publish a Marketplace Application, Nexudus customers will be able to share their inventory information (meeting rooms, products, plans, ...) with you. When they do so, we will generate a unique API endpoint (which we call the **feed**) so you can consume this data securely. Your feed will contain data for all those accounts who have shared data with you.
