# Opening new locations

> What to send Nexudus to open a new location, and how we handle basic setup and implementation.

## Overview

As your space grows, Nexudus is here every step of the way. Opening a new location is straightforward — you send us a few details and we take care of the rest.

## How to open a new location

To open a new location, [contact support](/support/training/contacting-support) with the following details for each new location you want to open:

* **Is the new location part of the same network?** Specify which network if you have more than one.
* **Name of the new location**
* **Account owner** — name, role, and email (for example, *Jane Morris, Head of Operations, [jane.morris@coworking.com](mailto:jane.morris@coworking.com)*)
* **City and country**
* **Currency**
* **Timezone**
* **Email used as the Reply-to address** of the location
* **Email of a full unrestricted admin**
* **Should we copy the settings of one of your existing locations?** If yes, specify which one.
* **Invoice reference format** of your new location

  We recommend adding a prefix to your new location's invoice format so you can tell invoices from each location apart. For example, if your current location's invoice format is **INV**-\[0000], use a prefix such as **NL**-**INV**-\[0000] for the new location.

## Basic settings and implementation

Our implementation team can complete the basic settings of your new location for a fee per location. You can also purchase one of our onboarding packages if you'd like more hands-on help opening a new location.
