> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://learn.nexudus.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # How pricing works > How Nexudus calculates your subscription fee from active users, how it invoices you per location, and the detailed pricing for apps, features, integrations, and more. ## Overview Nexudus charges you on a **monthly** basis based on how many [active users](https://learn.nexudus.com/support/pricing/active-users.md) you have in each of your locations. Your baseline subscription is adjusted automatically to match the exact number of active users you have per location. On top of the baseline subscription, you're also charged when you enable certain integrations, apps, features, and payment gateways in Nexudus. > [!NOTE] > > Detailed pricing is available in **Euro, US Dollar, and British Pound**. Once your trial ends, you're automatically charged based on the pricing below. If you don't add payment details before the end of your trial, your account is automatically suspended. ## How Nexudus invoices you You receive an individual invoice every month **per location**. The number of active users is calculated separately for each location. For example, if you have three locations in your network, you receive three separate invoices from Nexudus, each with its own active user count. * **Integrations and apps** are mostly charged per location. You can see the integration charges in each location's invoice. * **Network-level features** such as **Nexudus Explore Pro** are charged at the network level. You see the total charge for the feature in your network location's invoice. ## Baseline subscription The baseline subscription is charged based on the exact number of active users in your account every month. If you manage a network, each location is calculated and invoiced individually. If you sell tickets, paid tickets are charged as follows: * **€/\$/£0.50** per ticket sold * **1%** transaction fee on the total price of each ticket sold ## Features **Nexudus Explore** is a free reporting and data analysis feature. **Nexudus Explore Pro** has a fixed **€/\$/£100** charge and an additional **€/\$/£25** charge per location in your network. The following card payment gateways are also free of charge: * PayPal Standard * Peach Payments * Razorpay All other card payment gateways are charged as follows: * **€/\$/£10** per month and per location * **€/\$/£0.04** per transaction ## Support packages Email support is included in your baseline subscription at no additional cost and without any request cap. * **Standard training calls** with one of our support experts are charged **€/\$/£175 per hour**. * The **Ask Me Anything (AMA) package** includes 4 hours of call every month and costs **€/\$/£300 per month**. It has a minimum subscription period of 3 months. All admins in the subscribed locations have full, unlimited access to over 50 custom courses. It has a minimum subscription period of 3 months.
