A customer note (CoworkerNote) is an internal staff note attached to a customer record; it supports searching, adding, editing, and deleting customer-specific notes and is not shown to the customer.

Authentication

This endpoint requires OAuth2 authentication. Include a valid bearer token in the Authorization header. The authenticated user must be a full unrestricted administrator or have the CoworkerNote-Create role.
