What Is Passport?

Passport is the mobile companion to your Members Portal. It provides customers with a native app experience for managing their membership, booking resources, purchasing plans, and staying connected with your space — all from their smartphone.

How Passport Works

Customers sign in to Passport using the same credentials as your Members Portal. Once authenticated, they have access to a range of features mirroring the portal experience:
  • Connect with other customers and the community — browse the directory, reply to community threads, and engage with events.
  • Book resources — reserve meeting rooms, desks, and other bookable assets with real-time availability.
  • Purchase plans and products — browse your offerings and complete checkout directly from the app.
  • Edit profile details — update personal information, billing details, and professional profile.
  • Pay invoices — view outstanding invoices and make payments on the go.
  • Get questions answered using AI Assistant — chat with the AI assistant for instant help with bookings, plans, and space information.
  • Home Screen QR Widget — quick check-ins directly from your phone’s home screen.
Passport also supports push notifications for time-sensitive updates, such as visitor approval requests — so hosts can approve or reject visitors directly from their lock screen.

Access Control Systems

Our white-label version of the Passport app supports the following access control systems: ACT 365, Avigilon Alta, Brivo, Doordeck, Kisi, Parakey, Salto KS.

Customising Passport

Similar to the Members Portal, the Passport app is customised via the drag-and-drop Page Editor in the Nexudus dashboard. Settings configured in the Editor flow through to the Passport app automatically — no separate mobile app configuration is needed.

FAQ

The standard Passport app carries Nexudus branding and serves as a unified app across all Nexudus spaces. The white-label version removes all Nexudus branding, allows you to list the app under your own name on the App Store and Google Play, and unlocks additional features such as mobile door unlocking capabilities.See White-label Passport Setup for the complete guide to getting your own branded app.
Passport uses the same settings as the Members Portal. Any branding, content, or feature configuration you make in the Nexudus dashboard — including colours, fonts, and page layouts — will reflect in the Passport app automatically. For feature visibility and content configuration, see Features Configuration and Articles.
