Overview
Features configuration allows you to customize your members portal by selectively enabling or disabling different sections and functionality. This central control system determines which features appear in your portal’s navigation menu and which services are available to your customers. Different coworking spaces offer different services — this system lets you present only the features that are relevant to your location. Disabling unused features creates a cleaner, more focused experience for your customers while reducing confusion and support inquiries. Navigate to Settings → Website → Features in your Nexudus dashboard to configure these settings.Portal features

Key interactions
Access control integration
Feature enablement works in conjunction with access control settings. Even when a feature is enabled, you can still restrict access based on customer type (public, logged-in users, contacts, or members). This two-layer system provides granular control over your portal experience.Navigation impact
Enabled features automatically appear in your portal’s navigation menu. Disabled features are completely hidden, creating a streamlined interface that matches your location’s service offerings.Mobile app synchronization
Many of these feature settings also control availability in the Nexudus mobile app, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.Important implications
Feature dependencies
Some features work better together:- Directory and Discussion boards create stronger community engagement
- Events and Articles support comprehensive programming communication
