Overview
The tour request form allows prospective customers to schedule a visit to your location directly from the Members Portal. You can require administrator confirmation, restrict tours to specific time slots, and assign a staff member as tour host. Navigate to Settings → Modules → Tours in the Nexudus dashboard to configure these settings.Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable the tour request form section | Turns the tour request form on or off in the portal. |
| Tour requests must be confirmed by an administrator | When enabled, tour requests are held in a pending state until an administrator approves them. |
| Tours can only be booked at specific hours/days of the week | Restricts available tour times to a defined schedule instead of allowing any time. When enabled, a time-slot editor appears where you can set the available days and hours. |
| Tour host | Select a staff member to be notified when someone requests a tour and to act as the host on the day of the visit. |
Tours iCal feed
When the tour form is enabled, an iCal feed URL is generated automatically. You can subscribe to this feed from any calendar application to see upcoming tour appointments.Related pages
