Once your white-label Passport app is live on the App Store and Google Play, you can update certain elements directly from the Nexudus dashboard, while other changes require a support request.

Updating App Elements

The following elements can be updated directly from the Nexudus Admin Panel — no support request needed:
  • App colours — Found in Admin Panel → Settings → General settings → Branding. Changes to your primary, secondary, and tertiary colours reflect instantly. Go to Branding Settings
  • Default app fonts — Custom fonts configured in the Portal Editor also apply to the Passport app. See Custom fonts for setup instructions.

Changes Requiring Support

The following changes require a new build and app store submission. Contact Nexudus Support with your request:
  • App icon or login image
  • App name
  • App short and long description
  • App privacy policy, contact, or website URL
  • Splash screen background colour
Before we can update your app on the Apple App Store, all Program Licensing Agreements (PLAs) must be accepted in your Apple Developer account. If there are any outstanding agreements, we won’t be able to proceed with the update. Your Account Owner should review and accept any pending agreements in the App Store Connect portal.
For asset format requirements and specifications, see White-label Passport Setup.
App store reviews typically take 1–7 business days after submission. Plan updates accordingly if you have a launch date in mind.

Translating White-label Passport

You can add custom translations to your white-label Passport app using the same language token system as the Members Portal. Follow these steps:
  1. Find the term or sentence to translate — Identify the text in the app that you want to customise.
  2. Add a translation token on the Admin Panel — Navigate to your language settings and add the translation key with your custom text. See Languages for instructions on managing language tokens.
  3. Close and reopen the app — Translations are loaded at app startup. Customers will need to fully close and relaunch the app to see new translations.
