A HelpDeskDepartment defines a support department that help desk messages can be assigned to, such as ‘Billing’, ‘Facilities’, or ‘IT Support’. Departments help route and organize incoming support requests.

Authentication

This endpoint requires OAuth2 authentication. Include a valid bearer token in the Authorization header. The authenticated user must be a full unrestricted administrator or have the HelpDeskDepartment-List role.

Pagination & Sorting

Filters

Filter by iD of the business linked to this record.

Filter by whether this help desk department is currently active.

Range Filters
