A HelpDeskDepartment defines a support department that help desk messages can be assigned to, such as ‘Billing’, ‘Facilities’, or ‘IT Support’. Departments help route and organize incoming support requests.
Authentication
This endpoint requires OAuth2 authentication. Include a valid bearer token in the
Authorization header.
The authenticated user must be a full unrestricted administrator or have the HelpDeskDepartment-Create role.Request Body

The name value for this help desk department.
Free-text description of this help desk department.
Optional Fields
Whether this help desk department is currently active.
List of managers linked to this record.
ID of the task list linked to this record.
