Overview

Nexudus generates a PDF invoice for your subscription every month. You can download any of your subscription invoices at any time.
You can select up to 50 invoices per download.

How to download

  1. Go to Settings → Your Nexudus subscription → Your invoices.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to every invoice you want to download.
  3. Click Download PDF in the bulk actions menu.
The download only takes a few seconds, and you can find your invoices in the Downloads folder of your device.
  • If you download a single invoice, the PDF file is named after the invoice reference.
  • If you download multiple invoices at once, the PDFs are grouped in a zip folder named Invoices.
Can’t see your Nexudus invoices? You probably don’t receive Nexudus subscription invoices notifications. Toggle this option on from your notification preferences to get access to your invoices and download them.Go to Users, click on your user, then Notifications. Switch on Nexudus subscription invoices and save your changes.Log out and log back in once you’ve saved your changes.
