Overview

With on-site training, one or more of our senior support specialists come to your space to train you and your staff. It’s a great way to have everyone’s questions answered on the spot and learn how to use the platform.

Why on-site training

  • Personalised training. Every space is different. Once you book, your trainer gets in touch to learn about your space and your expectations, then prepares a session targeting your unique needs.
  • In-person learning. People learn best by being taught and by putting what they learn into practice. On-site training covers both, easing you into the system with people who know Nexudus inside out.
  • Nexudus expertise. All our trainers are senior members of the support team who have helped hundreds of customers and solved countless tickets. No question or setup is too complex.

Session lengths

You can request in-person training for full and half days:
  • Half day — 4 hours of training
  • Full day — 8 hours of training
All our trainers travel from London, United Kingdom. The minimum amount of on-site training you have to book depends on the distance our team has to travel:

Pricing

We charge a flat rate for each full or half day of training:
  • £1,750 for a full day (8 hours)
  • £900 for a half day (4 hours)
For training sessions outside of London, you’re also charged transportation and accommodation costs.
If you’re located outside the UK, we adjust the training rate to your currency using the applicable live exchange rate when you request a quote.

How to book

Booking on-site training is a simple three-step process:
  1. Request a quote. Reach out to support@nexudus.com and let us know:
    • How many people you’d like to train
    • Where you’re located
    • How many full or half days of training you’d like
Our team assesses your request and sends you a quote.
  2. Book a briefing session with your trainer. Once you accept the quote, your trainer emails you to learn more about your space and your training needs. This is your chance to say what you’d like to cover on-site and ask any questions. It also helps your trainer prepare and target the areas you want to focus on.
  3. Get ready to learn! Once your trainer has everything they need, they start preparing your session. On the day, make sure you provide your trainer with the relevant credentials to access your space.
