Overview
Use Integrations to connect Nexudus with services you already use to run your location. Available integrations vary by your Nexudus subscription, enabled modules, region, and the services configured for the selected location. Go to Settings → Integrations. You need administrator access or the permission required by the integration.Connect an integration
1
Choose the correct location
Select the location that will use the connection. Multi-location networks can have different credentials and behavior at each location.
2
Open Integrations
In Settings, select Integrations, then choose the service you want to connect.
3
Review prerequisites
Confirm that the service account, subscription, hardware, API access, and any required Nexudus module are ready.
4
Connect and authorise
Enter the requested credentials or use the provider’s authorisation flow. Save the configuration.
5
Test and monitor
Use the connection or sync action where available, then verify its status and any relevant operational workflow.
Common integration categories
Connection status
An integration can show as connected, disconnected, or requiring attention. Some integrations also provide a Synchronise action. Use this after initial setup or when the provider requires a manual refresh.Best practices
- Use a dedicated service account where the provider supports one.
- Keep API credentials and OAuth access current, and update them only in the integration’s configuration.
- Test with a non-critical transaction, reservation, or user before relying on a new connection.
- Review each integration after changing payment providers, access hardware, a custom domain, or your location network.
