Overview

Envoy is visitor management software for your lobby — visitor sign-in, deliveries and document signing. The integration uploads your customers to Envoy as hosts, so they’re notified when visitors arrive and can pre-register visitors themselves. The integration is free in Nexudus. You need an Envoy account.

Connecting Envoy

  1. In Envoy, create an API key.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Envoy, turn on Enable Envoy integration., and enter the Envoy API key.
  3. Save, then select Import customer to envoy to send your customers to Envoy.
