Overview
The Nexudus Dashboard is designed to give you quick access to every part of your coworking business. This page explains the main navigation elements so you can find what you need efficiently.Sidebar navigation
The left sidebar is your primary way to move between modules. It groups features into logical sections:- Operations — Members, teams, bookings, check-ins, visitors, help desk
- Billing & Products — Plans, products, resources, passes, floor plans
- Finance — Invoices, contracts, bill runs, payment gateways
- CRM — Boards, opportunities, proposals, tasks, documents
- Content — Events, articles, courses, newsletters, announcements
- Access Control — Check-in methods, integrations, WiFi
- Settings — Location settings, users, email templates, integrations
- Analytics — Dashboards, reports, business checkup
Collapsing the sidebar
You can collapse the sidebar to give yourself more screen space when working on forms or viewing reports. Click the collapse icon at the top of the sidebar to toggle between expanded and compact modes.Header bar
The header bar at the top of the screen provides:- Location selector — Switch between locations if you manage more than one space. The selected location determines the data shown throughout the Dashboard.
- Search — Quickly find customers, bookings, invoices, resources, or any other record by typing a keyword.
- Quick-create button — Create new records without navigating away from your current page.
- Notifications — View recent alerts, system messages, and activity updates.
- User menu — Access your profile, account settings, and sign out.
Search
The global search in the header lets you find records across all modules. Start typing and results appear instantly, grouped by type (customers, bookings, invoices, etc.). You can also use search to navigate — type the name of a feature (like “Plans” or “Invoices”) and jump directly to that section.Search results respect your permissions. You only see records you have access to based on your role and location.
Quick-create
The quick-create button (usually a + icon in the header) lets you create common records without leaving your current page:- New customer
- New booking
- New invoice
- New event
- New task
Contextual actions
Throughout the Dashboard, you’ll find contextual action buttons on list and detail pages:- List pages show bulk actions (export, delete, assign) and filters to narrow results.
- Detail pages show actions relevant to the current record (edit, duplicate, delete, send email).
- Tabs on detail pages let you switch between related information (e.g., a customer’s bookings, invoices, and contracts).

The Dashboard supports keyboard shortcuts for common actions:| Shortcut | Action |

Tips for efficient navigation
Use search for speed
Instead of clicking through menus, use the global search to jump directly to a customer, booking, or page.
Bookmark frequent pages
Use your browser’s bookmarks for pages you visit daily (like the bookings calendar or invoices list).
